Terms of Payment and Trade

Accepted Payment Methods: Gushin Optics accepts payment through various methods, including bank transfer (telegraphic transfer - TT), PayPal, and Letter of Credit (LC).
Initial Deposit: For mass production orders, a 30% down payment via telegraphic transfer (TT) is required to initiate production.
Balance Payment: The remaining 70% of the total order amount is due prior to shipment, unless otherwise agreed upon.
Letter of Credit (LC): For certain orders, we accept payment through Letter of Credit (LC), subject to negotiation and agreement.
Sample Orders: Payment for sample orders can be made conveniently through PayPal.
Credit Terms: In exceptional cases, exclusive buyers may be eligible for credit terms, such as net 7 days against the Bill of Lading (BL), subject to specific agreements and negotiation terms.
Currency: All transactions are conducted in United States Dollars (USD), unless otherwise agreed upon.
Payment Verification: Orders will only be processed upon successful verification of payment.
Payment Confirmation: A payment confirmation will be provided upon receipt of your payment.
Late Payment: Failure to make timely payments may result in delays in production and shipment.
Non-Refundable: Please note that initial deposits for mass production orders are non-refundable.

Payment Disputes: In the event of payment disputes, please contact our customer support team for prompt assistance and resolution.
Changes to Payment Terms: Gushin Optics reserves the right to update or modify these payment terms at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
Trade Terms: Our standard trade terms include Ex-Works (EXW), FOB (Free on Board), CIF (Cost, Insurance, Freight), and DAP (Delivered at Place), among others, depending on the agreement between parties.
